| During this time engineers will be upgrading software on cor2.cbr1, a core router/switch in Canberra. This device will be reloaded during this time. Customers may experience a brief period of packet loss as traffic automatically switches over to redundant paths. Wholesale IP customers who do not have redundant services and are connected to cor2.cbr1 will experience traffic flow disruptions for approximately 5-10 minutes while the device reloads. No further impact is expected. |
