As a result of the outage on Possum (see advisory 1821 at http://status.jumba.com.au/item/1821.html for details) we have identified an issue which requires us to migrate a large number of accounts from Possum to another server immediately. We are going to migrate all accounts with usernames starting with the letters A through D (excluding reseller accounts) to redback.cbr.hosting-server.com.au An email with further details will be sent to customers affected by this emergency migration shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience this migration may occur.

The migration of accounts beginning with the letter "A" has begun.

Half of the "A" usernames have been migrated. The ETA for completion of this migration has been updated to 8am.

The migration of "B" accounts is currently underway.
Sun, Feb 24 2008 03:45 am by support@jumba.com.au
The migration of the "B" accounts is taking a bit longer than expected. The ETA for the completion of the migration has been pushed back to 8:30.
Sun, Feb 24 2008 05:08 am by support@jumba.com.au
The "B" accounts have been completed and the "C" accounts have now begun. The ETA has also been revised to 9am, and we do not expect it to get any later as there are more "A" and "B" accounts than there are "C" and "D" accounts.
Sun, Feb 24 2008 07:10 am by support@jumba.com.au
The "C" accounts have been migrated, and the "D" accounts have just started. We are still on track for completion by 9am.
Sun, Feb 24 2008 08:53 am by support@jumba.com.au
The "D" accounts have now completed. There is one "A" account which refused to automatically migrate earlier. We are going to attempt to migrate it manually.
Sun, Feb 24 2008 09:05 am by support@jumba.com.au
A "D" account has also been identified as a failed copy. The ETA has been revised to 9:30am

The migration is now complete, customers may find that take a few hours for DNS to propagate and for their website to appear normally. Anybody who experiences issues with their site following this migration is advised to contact support@jumba.com.au for assistance. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience the issues with Possum may have caused, and we appreciate your patience during this difficult period.
