We are currently experiencing issues with Possum which is causing websites not to display. We are investigating the situation and an update will posted shortly.

Our technicians have located a corruption in the file system and are currently running an FSCK. We hope to have service restored within the next few hours.

There have been some delays with the FSCK resulting in increased downtime. We are currently working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and will post regular updates on the status of the issue.

FSCK is still running on this server and our technicians are working to fix the filesystem issues as they are found.

Unfortunately we do not have an ETA at this stage, but we hope to have the server back online shortly, and will continue to keep you updated.

FSCK has identified and fixed a number of filesystem problems. We have attempted to reboot the server to get it back online, but FSCK has insisted on another check of the filesystem. We are currently awaiting the results of this check and will post further information shortly.

Services have now been restored on Possum and we are closely monitoring the situation.

Preventative measures are being prepared at the moment which will affect some customers on this server. Details will be posted in a separate status advisory shortly.
